Niraj is currently pursuing graduate studies at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania (Penn), an Ivy League institution located in Philadelphia, USA. As the founder of Youthology International, he has created a transformative organization committed to empowering young minds and fostering community growth. Additionally, Niraj serves as an academic mentor at Kismat Trust, guiding students toward academic excellence and professional success.
With a robust academic foundation, Niraj holds a postgraduate degree in social work from the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. His academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Science from Jai Prakash University (JPU), a Diploma in Youth Leadership from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and a Certificate in Mental Health Rehabilitation from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).
With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the social sector, Niraj has worked across 12 countries, including the USA, India, and several nations in South Asia. His career is a testament to his commitment to grassroots program implementation, academic research, and fostering strategic partnerships. He has collaborated with government agencies, UN bodies, educational institutions, and NGOs to design and execute impactful youth-focused initiatives.
Niraj’s work is defined by his ability to navigate cross-cultural collaborations, analyze policies, and deliver sustainable community outcomes. As an academic mentor, he has influenced the lives of students from over 30 universities in South Asia, inspiring them to embrace leadership roles and drive social change through internships, workshops, and research initiatives.
